She apologized for the length of time it took her but she explained that it was super busy at the moment and she was dealing with Door Dash, GrubHub, and all the other ordering apps. She also said the delivery truck was there unloading. I could tell she was doing her best and I appreciate her acknowledging the wait but I totally didnt mind since she explained.
